The Interview

Kayla was nervous. It was her first Zoom meeting interview. Having taken a lot of courses online and consulted with her coach, she remembered, "imagine they're in their underwear."

"It's time," she thought and joined the call.

Cameras all popped up and Kayla, in her most enthusiastic voice said, "Good morning!"

She was met with wide-eyed stares and silence.

A woman spoke. "Perhaps you might want to get dressed?"

Kayla looked at her screen shot. Her bra strap slipped over her shoulder.

She turned off the camera.
