Toronto 1927. Tristan Young is a tailor with a small flat. He has a few friends and no lover. When his wealthy friend, Mark Cornwall, asks him to travel to Vancouver to bring back his lover, Tristan did not understand how this would change his life and his understanding of love. Follow his travels and the people he meets as this journey changes his life.
The novel is based on one of the many iterations of Tristan und Isolde. There are terms used that some readers may find offensive, but they are used to maintain authenticity of the period.
